TIG as a service delivery firm has a great responsibility to comply with service agreement, indeed an obligation to protect the public, and environment while limiting clients’ liabilities. These complex obligations impose on TIG, a high quality requirement under our culture of innovation, professionalism and commitment. TIG therefore:

  • Exhaustively plan operations/activities in line with internal quality protocols, contract requirements and subsisting laws;
  • Control all activities/operations through ownership by all and authorization by line Managers in line with existing laws and industry standards; and
  • Communicate procedures and continually update same as may be warranted by: Changes in legislation, Pollution incidents, Change in Industry Codes of Practice, and Change in technical appreciation of the waste/ cleaning and decontamination operations.

TIG’s Quality Management system (QMS) is implemented to meet Client’s need, industry standards, and legal injunctions with a view to providing documented evidence on our operations and services. In this regard, TIG exercises maximum control over all operations, cleaning conducted, waste received, and residue/product generated through authorization in line with TIG Quality Protocol.
